Services
Cap City Services provides roof assessments, roof tune-ups, and roof rejuvenation treatments for asphalt shingle roofs. A free assessment is an inspection and recommendation only; it does not obligate you to purchase, and it does not obligate us to perform work on roofs that are not suitable candidates.
Quotes & payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Pricing, scope, warranty terms, and payment schedules are set out in the written agreement you sign before work begins.
Warranty
Rejuvenation treatments carry the limited warranty described in your service agreement. Warranty terms in the signed agreement control over any general statements on this website.
SMS Terms & Conditions
Program: Cap City Services SMS Updates.
Opt-in: When you check the SMS consent box on our website form, you agree to receive text messages from Cap City Services including appointment reminders, quote and estimate follow-ups, project updates, and occasional promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
